This book is about women's health and those problems that are specific only to women. I have written it calling on my 20 years of experience of specializing in women’s problems. Over time, it has become clear that when women come to see me they tell me that they not only want to know what natural remedies are available to treat their problem and get themselves back to optimum health, but they also want details of the conventional medical options as well. Quite rightly, many women feel that they want as much information as possible in order to be able to make an informed decision about which treatment to choose.
This book is very different to anything you will have read before. It is a very specific, self-help book. What you will find, for each problem, is a carefully structured programme designed to help you gain relief from your health problems and help you to maintain optimum health in the future. The information presented is the accumulation of knowledge I have gained in working with thousands of women over the years, using nutrition and herbs to help them get their health back and stay healthy. It is this knowledge that I am passing on to you.
