Trade User Guide

Getting Started

To place orders online an initial once off online registration is required for Trade customers.

  1. Click on 'Create an account' at the top right on website (menu is on the top left for mobile devices)
  2. Select 'Apply for a trade account'
  3. Enter registration information and choose your password
  4. Submit

Once the application is submitted, we’ll review the information. If you have a trade account already your registration will be approved and you’ll receive an email notification confirming this (if you are not an existing NMC trade customer you will receive information by email on how to apply to become a customer).

 

Login

Once an account has been approved you can login to the website and get access to trade prices and special offers.

To login:

  1. Click on 'Sign in' at the top right on website (menu is on the top left for mobile devices)
  2. Enter the email and password used at registration
  3. Click 'Sign In'.

 

Trade Counter

Once logged in, the Trade Counter can be accessed from the green menu bar at the top of the website:

  • Special Trade Offers- Exclusive offers only available to Trade customers.
  • Price Lists - Detailed price lists available for download
  • Education, Training & webinars - Details and links to Professional Webinars offered by our brands and training materials
  • Newsletter - You can find our most recent newsletter available for download here.

 

Quick Order

You can quickly place an order by product names or codes on our Quick Order feature. You can find it by clicking on "Quick Order" on the right hand side of the top bar.

This functionality allows a large number of products to be added quickly to your order.

SEARCH PRODUCTS BY NAME OR CODE

  1. Click on the "Enter product name or SKU", and enter the product name or code
  2. While you type, a list of products matching the search term will appear. The more characters you type, the narrower the search results will be.
  3. Once you find the product in the list of results, click on it and it will be added to the row.
  4. In the QTY column, enter the quantity of product units to order. You can do this by either clicking on the field or typing the number, or by using the +/- buttons.
  5. Repeat the above steps for as many products as you wish to order. If you need more rows to enter products you can add them by clicking "Add lines" on the bottom left of the table.
  6. Once you have entered all the products you want to order, you can either:
    • Click on "Add to cart". Your products will be added to cart and you can continue shopping on other areas of the website.
    • Click on "Proceed to checkout". Your products will be added to cart and you will be automatically directed to checkout.

 

Finding Products

There are a number of ways to find products on the website.

  • You can use the quick order option as above. Or using the general search bar which is found at the top right of the website.
  • The general search bar can be used to search site wide by product name, SKU, keywords etc.
  • There are a number of categories on the menu at the top of the website which can be used to view products by brand, by Vitamin, by category e.g. “Natural Face Care”.

 

Reorder Products

Once you start placing orders on the website, you can reorder products you have ordered previously by following these steps:

  1. Click on "My Account" on your user menu (the dropdown that scrolls out under your user name when you click on it, on the right hand side on the top bar)
  2. In the "My Account" page, click on "Reorder products", at the bottom of the left sidebar
  3. On this page, you'll find a list of the products you have purchased in previous orders.
  4. You can add products to cart individually. In the product row, enter the quantity you wish to order and click the "Add" button next to it.
  5. You can also add multiple products at once.

To do so:

    1. Tick the checkbox on the left of the product row, for each product you want to add
    2. Enter quantity in the Qty box, for each of the products
    3. Click on "Add all to cart", at the bottom of the page. All the products will be added and you will be directed to the cart page.

Reorder Completed Orders

You can also easily repeat whole orders.

Click on "My Account" on your user menu (the dropdown that scrolls out under your user name when you click on it, on the right hand side on the top bar)

  1. In the "My Account" page, click on "My orders" on the left sidebar
  2. On this page you will find a list of your orders. You can review them and reorder them by clicking "Reorder" either on the list view or on the order detail view.
  3. Once you click on "Reorder" on one of your orders, all products in it are added to cart and you are redirected to the cart page. There, you can modify product quantities if you wish, and proceed to checkout.

 

Adding Products To Cart

When logged in with a Trade account, you can quickly add products to cart directly from category pages.

QUICKLY ADD A PRODUCT TO CART

  1. On a category page, hover your mouse over the product you wish to add to your cart.
  2. An "Add to cart" button will appear allowing for products to be quickly added to the cart.
  3. You will be able to enter/edit the quantities at the checkout.

 You can also click into an individual product to see more details and then add this to the cart using the “Add to Cart” button.

 

Checkout

To checkout at any time click the CART icon on the top right of the website.

You can then choose to “view and edit cart” or “go to checkout”.

  • If you click on “view and edit cart” you can change the quantities and remove items before proceeding to the checkout.
  • Click on the “proceed to checkout” button once you’re happy with your order.
  • When you proceed to checkout you will see your shipping address and confirm your shipping method/charge. You will also see an order summary which include a list of items being ordered, the order total both including and excluding tax and shipping rate (if applicable).
  • Click on “Place Order” and will receive an order confirmation on screen with your order number and summary which can be printed for your records.
  • You will also receive an email confirmation of your order.
