Placing an Online Order

Do I need to have an online account to shop online?
No. If you would prefer to check out as a guest, that is no problem.
 
How do I set up an online account?
If you are a trade customer you can register here. Alternatively, for a non trade account, please register here
 
What Payment methods to do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
How do I know your checkout is secure?
Our site is secure and complies with Data Protection Laws. All payments are processed through a secure server by Realex Payments. All transactions are highly encrypted and your card details are never passed on to The Natural Medicine Company or any other party.
I am having trouble logging in?
If you are having issues logging in, it is most likely an email address or password issue. Double check the email address details you have entered are correct and there are not spaces, dashes, full stops etc., in your entry Passwords are case sensitive so please make sure you are entering the correct password. If the password does not match, click on ‘forgot password’. The system will send you an email with a link that you can follow to set a new password.
I can’t find the product I am looking for?
Please email us at sales@naturalmedicine.ie with the product you are looking for, and we will try to help as much as possible, either by finding the product for you or by getting it listed on this website.

Dispatch and Delivery

How much does delivery cost?
  • Orders under €30 have a delivery charge of €6.00
  • Orders over €30 are have free delivery

Please note for Trade customer orders:

  • Orders under €200 have a delivery charge of €6.00
  • Orders over €200 have free delivery
How long does delivery take?
We aim to have a 24 hour turnaround on your order dispatch. Our courier service aims to deliver your package within 1-2 business days.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
We do not offer Click and Collect at this time. 
Do you deliver to Parcel Motel or PO BOX?
At this time we do not deliver to Parcel Motel or PO Box sites. Our couriers require a physical address and phone number prior to delivery. In some instances, the packages must be signed for.
What do you use for packaging my orders?
We use recyclable material when possible and also re-use packaging from supplier deliveries (e.g. wrap, boxes etc.)
Do you ship over the weekend?
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11pm on a Friday, will not be processed until the following Monday. Our courier service delivers from Monday to Friday. Any orders which are shipped out on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
All orders placed will receive an email confirming receipt. Your should receive your order within 2-3 business days. If there are any delays, we will contact you or if you fail to receive your order, please feel free to call a member of our customer service team, Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Which courier service are you currently using?
We currently use An Post and both UPS and Fastway courier services.
What if my order does not arrive?
If for some reason your order has not arrived, and no note/contact has been attempted by the courier, please contact our customer service team: Ph: 045-865575 or email: sales@naturalmedicine.ie with your name and order number and date the order was placed. Our team can then trace your order or if necessary arrange a replacement order.
What if I am not at home when the package arrives?

An Post: As normal with the postal service, packages will be available for pick up at the post office; a note will be left by the delivery person to that effect.

By Courier: If your order is being delivered by courier, the company will have your contact phone number to try arrange a delivery time or location to leave the package.

We do recommend that if you are not usually home, you can provide us with another address i.e. work address, where the courier can deliver to. This option is given when you are ordering as we do offer a separate shipping address to billing address.

Returns Policy

What if I am unhappy with the quality of the product I have received?
If you find issue with any product ordered, please email: sales@naturalmedicine.ie including a photo of the product and description of the problem where possible. Alternatively, you can call our customer service team on 045-865575.
I’ve changed my mind?

Returns must be notified to the company within 3 working days of receiving your order. You can email sales@naturalmedicine.ie, with your returns request. All products returned must be untampered and in original packaging – unused, unopen and re-saleable to receive full credit.

What if some of my items are out of stock?
In the unlikely event that there is an item out of stock on your order, a credit will be issued/refunded to your account, for that missing item(s). We will contact you with stock issue updates as soon as possible.
My refund is not showing on my credit card. Why is this?
It may take up to 5 working days for a refund to show up on a credit card statement/PayPal account. This is due to the varying transaction times taken by different banks. Product Queries

Can I take supplements while pregnant?
You must consult a doctor before purchasing any supplements if pregnant.
I am not sure which supplement to buy, can I ask someone?
