ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER THE AGE OF 12: Our studies and research tell us that it is vital for the first 3 – 6 weeks, or until you notice a positive difference, to take 4 capsules per day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening, preferably with meals, thereafter reduce to a maintenance dosage of 1 – 2 capsules daily. CHILDREN 3 – 12 YEARS OF AGE: Initially 3 capsules daily, with food, thereafter 1 – 2 capsules daily. We recommend that pregnant women and very young children should only use Lyprinol after consultation with a doctor or health visitor. Lyprinol® should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. |

Precautions:
Because Lyprinol® does not contain protein; allergic reaction to shellfish is not expected. Mild and temporary digestive discomfort has occurred with very high doses consumed on an empty stomach. This can be attributed to the fat content and is entirely reversible by reverting to recommended consumption rates and taking the capsules with food.
No formal studies have been conducted to demonstrate the safety of Lyprinol® in infants (children under 3) or pregnancy.
