These Sea Kelp tablets are made using the finest quality wild and uncontaminated sea kelp, a naturally rich marine source of iodine.
Sea Kelp is a type of marine aglae often found growing near the coastline, where the water is shallower and more nutrient rich (our Sea Kelp is sourced from the West coast of Ireland) and is a rich natural source of Iodine.
Iodine is used by the thyroid to produce thyroid hormones. The hormones triodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4) regulate the body's metabolism and also the metabolism of food in the intestines.
